Negotiation 101

The best negotiations occur when the goal is a WIN for both parties. Nevertheless when you arrange to speak second you understand the territory better and can make a more strategic offer. No use giving away the farm (or castle).
Do you think negotiating is easier for some types than others? What is your best advice?

I feel synchronicity brought Sandy and me together. I was just starting up my consulting practice after eight years in a management role and wanted to bring my visual art into the picture. While I've done artwork based on various series, I'd never thought of doing the MBTI concepts. Sandy's energy, enthusiasm and creativity are very inspiring.
